Booking

All rates quoted are in NZ dollars on a per night basis, GST and tax included. The prices indicated are per apartment for the number of people and the date(s) selected.

Due to the exchange rate the price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account.

To book you must be 18 years or older. Proof of ID and presentation of credit card will be required on arrival.

Rates do not apply to special events. Promotional room rates / offers are available on request. Seasonal rates and minimum booking periods may apply.

Please declare any extra people including children and babies who are staying with you. Milford Road Apartments reserve the right to charge extra per night for any undeclared people that were not included at the time of booking.

Valid credit card details are required to secure all bookings. At the time of reserving your apartment with Milford Road Apartments, the first nights’ accommodation may be debited to confirm your accommodation with us. The remaining balance, if any, is due upon check in.

No booking is confirmed unless you have received a confirmation email or booking number from us.

Check In / Check Out

Check in time is between 2pm and 8pm on day of arrival.

Check out time is before 10am on day of departure.

Any variation to these times is by prior arrangement only and a fee may be applicable.

Non-serviced during multi night stays - serviced on check out.

Cancellation and Amendment Terms

All cancellations made within 3 weeks of your arrival date may incur a 50% charge if Milford Road Apartments are unable to let the Apartments booked by you.

All cancellations within 7 days of your reservation date, the full quoted amount of reservations will be charged and if you fail to arrive at all (no show), the credit card that was provided to secure the booking will be charged the full amount and your reservation cancelled.

Any amendment to a booking is subject to availability. Any change in booking term will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply. Earlier departure than the reserved date may not result in a refund unless management approve and are able to relet the booked accommodation.

All amendments / cancellations must be confirmed in writing by us. We reserve the right to accept bookings that are subject to restrictions / minimum stay periods.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover your travels so that you don’t need to worry about unforeseen events.

Smoking

Milford Road Apartments is a smoke free property. In the event of smoke being detected in the apartment, we reserve the right to charge the registered guest for costs incurred in returning the room to its non smoking status and any resulting loss of income.

All accounts are payable on arrival. We reserve the right to charge to the registered guest any overdue / recovery fees on all accounts not paid.

Visitors are permitted at the management’s discretion. All guests must vacate premises no later than 11pm. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons / visitors whilst on the property.

All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage / breakages to Milford Road Apartments property (Including acts of theft) and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to Milford Road Apartments, will be charged to the registered guest.

No cooking of any seafood or strong smelling food in any apartment owing to the residual odours. We reserve the right to charge for any loss of income as a result of having to treat such events. If an apartment is unable to be re-let due to cooking odours or excessive cleaning is required to return apartment to its original standard there will be additional costs charged to the registered guest.
